If you are starting from the Prince's Palace of Monaco, exit the palace grounds and head towards the stairs leading down to the main road, Rue de la République. Once you reach the road, turn left and follow it until you reach the intersection with Rue de l'Opéra. Turn right onto Rue de l'Opéra. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rue Colonel Bellando de Castro. Turn left onto Rue Colonel Bellando de Castro. The Monaco Courthouse will be on your right at number 5.

Starting from the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, exit the museum and head towards the main road, Rue de Monaco. Turn right and walk along Rue de Monaco until you reach the junction with Rue de l'Opéra. Here, turn left onto Rue de l'Opéra. Continue until you reach Rue Colonel Bellando de Castro, where you will turn left. The Monaco Courthouse is located on the right side at number 5.

Turn left, and you will find the Monaco Courthouse at number 5 on your right.
