If you are starting from the Prince's Palace of Monaco, head down the steps from the palace towards the direction of the Oceanographic Museum. As you reach the bottom, continue straight until you reach the intersection. Turn left onto Rue de la Pêche and follow this road as it curves gently to the right. You will then arrive at the end of Rue Basse, where you will find the Monaco port view at 1 Rue Basse. This scenic spot offers an incredible view of the port and surrounding buildings.
