If you are in the center of Monte Carlo, start at the Casino de Monte-Carlo. Head east along Avenue des Beaux Arts towards the Port Hercule. Once you reach the waterfront, follow the promenade along the port until you arrive at Quai Antoine 1er. Continue walking along the waterfront, and you will see signs directing you to the Old Town (Monaco-Ville). Ascend the hill via the steps or the winding road leading up to the Old Town. Once you reach the top, follow the signs to the 'Rpe de la Major' where the Gateway to Rock is located.

From Monte Carlo's central area, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Place des Moulins'. Take Bus Line 1 towards 'Roquebrune'. Get off at 'Monaco-Ville' stop. Once you exit the bus, follow the signs leading you to the Old Town. Ascend the hill to the 'Rpe de la Major'. The Gateway to Rock is located nearby.
