Car
From Cap d'Ail Beach, start by heading north on Avenue du 11 Novembre towards Boulevard de la République. After approximately 500 meters, turn right onto Boulevard de la République (D2564). Continue for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the border of Monaco. As you enter Monaco, keep left to merge onto Boulevard de la République, then follow signs for Monaco-Ville. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout and take the second exit onto Avenue Saint-Charles. Continue onto Avenue de la Madone. At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto Rue des Remparts. You will find Monaco Palais Belvédère at 2 Rue des Remparts. Parking is limited in Monaco; be prepared for potential parking fees at nearby garages.

From Cap d'Ail Beach, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Avenue du 11 Novembre. Take bus line 100 towards Nice. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Monaco - Gare Routière' stop.
