If you're starting from the Monte Carlo Casino, head east on Avenue de Monte-Carlo towards Boulevard Louis II. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach Boulevard de la République. Turn left onto Boulevard de la République and walk for another 400 meters. You will see the entrance to the Old Town. Follow the signs for 'Monaco-Ville' and ascend the steps leading up to the 'Place du Palais' which is approximately another 300 meters ahead.

From the Monte Carlo Casino, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Casino de Monte-Carlo. Take bus line 1 or 2 towards 'Roc Agel'. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'Monaco-Ville' stop. From there, follow the signs to the 'Palais Princier' and you will reach 'Place du Palais' within a 5-minute walk.

From the Monte Carlo Casino, walk to the 'Jardin Exotique' Funicular station, which is about a 10-minute walk. Head down Avenue de Monte-Carlo and turn right onto Avenue des Spélugues. Follow the signs for the Funicular. Once you arrive at the station, take the funicular up to the 'Monaco-Ville' station. After exiting, it is a short 5-minute walk to 'Place du Palais'.
