If you're starting from the Monte Carlo Casino, exit the casino and head towards Avenue de Monte Carlo. Continue straight until you reach Place du Casino. From there, take Avenue des Spélugues and walk downhill. After about 5 minutes, you will reach the intersection with Avenue Saint-Charles. Turn left onto Avenue Saint-Charles and walk for approximately 2 minutes. St. Charles Church will be on your right at 8 Avenue Saint-Charles.

If you are at the Monaco Train Station (Gare de Monaco), exit the station and walk towards Avenue Princesse Grace. Turn right and walk along the waterfront until you reach the roundabout at the end. From the roundabout, take the first exit onto Avenue de l'Annonciade and walk uphill. After about 10 minutes, you will reach Avenue Saint-Charles. Turn left onto Avenue Saint-Charles and continue for 3 minutes until you find St. Charles Church on your left.
