From your current location in Saint Roman, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is likely at the Monte Carlo Casino or the Monte Carlo train station. Board bus line 100 towards Nice. The bus will take you along the coast, providing beautiful views. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the 'Promenade des Anglais' stop. From there, walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the Asian Arts Museum at 405 Prom. des Anglais.

Make your way to the Monte Carlo train station, which should be within walking distance from your location. Purchase a ticket for a train to Nice Ville station. The journey takes about 7 minutes. Once you arrive at Nice Ville, exit the station and head towards the bus stop located just outside. Take bus line 12 or 23 towards 'Promenade des Anglais' and get off at 'Promenade des Anglais' stop. Walk about 5 minutes to reach the Asian Arts Museum.

If you prefer to walk, start from Monte Carlo and head down to the coast. Follow Avenue de la Costa towards Avenue Princesse Grace, which will take you to the coast. Continue walking along the waterfront on Promenade des Anglais for about 35 to 40 minutes, enjoying the seaside views. The Asian Arts Museum will be on your right at 405 Prom. des Anglais.
