Walking
If you are starting from Monte Carlo Casino, head south towards Avenue des Spélugues. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Boulevard de la Costa. Turn right onto Boulevard de la Costa and walk until you reach the traffic circle. From the traffic circle, take the second exit onto Boulevard Albert 1er. The Circuit de Monaco will be on your left after a short walk.
Public Transport
From your location in Saint Roman, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Boulevard de Suisse. Take bus number 1 towards the 'Gare Routière' and get off at the stop 'Casino'. From there, walk down Avenue de Monte-Carlo towards Boulevard de la Costa, then turn right onto Boulevard Albert 1er. The Circuit de Monaco will be on your left.
Walking
If you're near the Monte Carlo Beach Club, exit the club and head northwest along Avenue Princesse Grace. Continue walking until you reach Boulevard de la Costa. Turn left onto Boulevard de la Costa and follow it until you reach the traffic circle. Take the second exit onto Boulevard Albert 1er, and you will find the Circuit de Monaco on your left.
