Walking
Start from the central area of Saint Roman, near the Monte Carlo Casino. Head east on Avenue de Monte-Carlo towards Avenue des Spélugues. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Boulevard des Moulins. Follow this road until you reach the junction with Avenue Princesse Grace. Turn left onto Avenue Princesse Grace and continue until you reach the waterfront. You will see the beach and the promenade along the sea. Keep walking along the promenade, and you will eventually arrive at Quai des États-Unis in Nice. The Neuf Lignes Obliques is located at 105 Quai des États-Unis, on the waterfront.

From Saint Roman, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Avenue de Monte-Carlo. Catch Bus Line 100 towards Nice. The bus will take you directly to Nice. Stay on the bus for about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Promenade des Anglais / Meridien'. From there, walk towards the beach and turn left onto the Promenade des Anglais. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach Quai des États-Unis. The Neuf Lignes Obliques will be on your left at 105 Quai des États-Unis.
