From the center of Saint Roman, head east towards the Avenue Princesse Grace. Continue walking straight until you reach the bus stop named 'Monte Carlo - Avenue de la Madone'. Take Bus Line 100 towards Nice. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the stop 'Nice - Promenade des Anglais'. From there, walk towards the beach by heading south down to the Promenade des Anglais and continue walking along the promenade until you reach Ponchettes Public Beach, which is located near the Old Town of Nice.

Start at any point in Saint Roman and make your way to the nearest bus stop on Avenue Princesse Grace. Board Bus Line 100 towards Nice. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you arrive at 'Nice - Promenade des Anglais'. Once you disembark, walk south towards the beach along the Promenade des Anglais. You will arrive at Ponchettes Public Beach after a short walk.
