Walking
From the center of Saint Roman, head towards Boulevard d'Italie and walk in the direction of the sea. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the exit towards Avenue des Spélugues and follow it until you see a sign for the Monte Carlo Casino. From there, continue down Avenue de la Madone until you reach the waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront, follow the path along the coast, which will lead you to Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Stay on the coastal path, and you will eventually arrive at Chem. des Douaniers, where the Sentier du Littoral is located.

Start at the nearest bus stop in Saint Roman. Take Bus Line 100 heading towards Nice. Get off at the 'Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat' stop. From the bus stop, walk towards the coast and follow the signs to Chem. des Douaniers. The path to Sentier du Littoral is accessible from there. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the return trip.
