From Saint Roman, head towards the main road, Avenue Princesse Grace. Walk south until you reach the intersection with Boulevard d'Italie. Turn right onto Boulevard d'Italie and continue walking straight. As you approach the coast, you will reach the roundabout at the end of Boulevard d'Italie. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue de la Liberté. Follow this road until you reach the next roundabout. Take the first exit onto Avenue Ephrussi de Rothschild. Continue straight for about 500 meters, and you will find the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild on your left at 1 Av. Ephrussi de Rothschild.

From Saint Roman, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Avenue Princesse Grace near the Casino. Take the bus line 100 towards Nice. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat' stop. From there, you can walk along Avenue Ephrussi de Rothschild for about 10 minutes to reach Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild, which will be on your right side.
