From the center of Saint Roman, head towards Avenue Princesse Grace. Walk along this avenue until you reach the Monte Carlo Beach Club. Continue straight, and you will see the signs directing you towards the Promenade des Anglais. Once you reach the promenade, turn left and walk along the coast. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will arrive at 5 Prom. des Anglais, which is a beautiful building located right on the waterfront.

From Saint Roman, you can take the bus line 100 from the nearest bus stop. Board the bus towards Nice and stay on for approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Promenade des Anglais' stop. Once you exit the bus, you will be on the promenade. Walk towards the east for about 5 minutes, and you will find 5 Prom. des Anglais directly in front of you.
