Walking
Start at the main street in Saint Roman, Avenue de la Costa. Head towards the east direction towards the Monte Carlo Casino. Follow the signs leading to the Casino, which will take you about 15 minutes of walking. Once you reach the Casino, take the direction towards Boulevard de Moulins and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Avenue des Spélugues. Turn left onto Avenue des Spélugues and follow it until you reach the roundabout. From the roundabout, head straight on Avenue de la République until you see the sign for the Palais Princier. Continue walking straight, and you will arrive at Place du Palais where the Terrace du Palais is located.

From Saint Roman, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Avenue de la Costa. Take Bus Line 1 or 2 towards Monaco-Monte Carlo. The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Palais Princier'. From there, follow the signs leading to Place du Palais, which is a short 5-minute walk uphill to the Terrace du Palais.
