If you are driving from within the Eastern Steppe, head towards Ulaanbaatar via the A-1 road. The journey is approximately 600 km and will take around 7-8 hours depending on traffic and road conditions. Once in Ulaanbaatar, follow Peace Avenue until you reach the Sukhbaatar District. Look for Ikh Urgoo Building, located at Peace Avenue Building Ikh Urgoo 20, 3rd floor, door 11. Parking is available near the building, but keep in mind that there may be a small fee.

Public Transportation - Bus
To travel by bus, find the main bus station in your area in the Eastern Steppe. Look for buses heading to Ulaanbaatar. The fare typically ranges from 10,000 to 25,000 MNT depending on the bus company and service level. Once you arrive at the Ulaanbaatar bus station, you can either take a taxi or use local public transport to reach the Sukhbaatar District. The taxi ride will cost around 5,000-10,000 MNT. If you prefer public transport, take bus number 1 or 3 and get off at the nearest stop to Peace Avenue Building Ikh Urgoo.
