Car
If you are driving from the capital city, Ulaanbaatar, take the A-10 road heading south towards the Gobi Desert. After approximately 250 km, take a right turn towards the Dundgovi region. Continue for about 130 km, following signs for Tsagaan Suvarga. The entrance to the site is well-marked, and you will find parking available. Note that the roads can be rough and may require a 4WD vehicle.
Public Transportation (Bus)
From Ulaanbaatar, you can take a bus from the Dragon Bus Terminal to Mandalgovi, the capital of Dundgovi province. The bus ride takes around 5-6 hours and costs approximately 15,000 MNT. Once in Mandalgovi, you will need to hire a taxi to Tsagaan Suvarga (around 50 km away), which may cost about 30,000 MNT. Ensure you negotiate the fare before the ride.
Tour Operator
Consider joining a guided tour, which often includes transportation to Tsagaan Suvarga. Many tour operators in Ulaanbaatar offer packages that cover transportation, meals, and guided visits to various sites in the Gobi Desert. Prices vary, but expect to pay around 300,000 MNT for a multi-day tour that includes Tsagaan Suvarga.
