After approximately 5 minutes of driving, you will see signs indicating the direction to Kharkhorin Rock. Follow the signs, which will lead you off the main road onto a smaller dirt path. Drive for about 1 kilometer, and you will arrive at Kharkhorin Rock, which will be visible ahead.

Public Transportation

To reach Kharkhorin Rock using public transportation, first, find the local minibus station in Kharkhorin, which is typically located near the center of town. Look for a minibus heading towards the surrounding countryside. Inform the driver that you want to go to Kharkhorin Rock; they may know the destination. The fare is usually around 1,000 MNT (Mongolian Tugrik). The minibus will drop you off at a point where you can walk the remaining distance. From the drop-off point, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer along a dirt path to reach Kharkhorin Rock.
