Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the nearest city, Tsetsen-Uul. From Tsetsen-Uul, head east on the A-9 road towards the Khentii Mountains. After approximately 80 kilometers, look for a sign that directs you towards Hentiy Han, which is situated near the coordinates 48.8833333 latitude and 109.1666667 longitude. The last 10-15 kilometers will be on a dirt road, so a 4WD vehicle is recommended. Follow the road until you reach the base of the mountain. Parking is available at the trailhead.

Public Transportation
For travelers using public transportation, take a bus from Ulaanbaatar to Tsetsen-Uul. Buses depart regularly from the Dragon Bus Station. The fare is approximately 15,000 MNT and the journey takes about 4-5 hours. Once in Tsetsen-Uul, you can hire a local taxi to take you to Hentiy Han. The taxi ride will cost around 20,000 MNT and will cover the remaining distance of about 30 kilometers. Ensure to negotiate the fare beforehand.

If you prefer hiking, you can start from the nearest village after reaching Tsetsen-Uul. Hike towards the base of Hentiy Han, which will take approximately 3-4 hours depending on your pace. Ensure to carry enough water and food, as there are no facilities along the way. Follow the trails marked by local guides or signs, which lead directly to Hentiy Han.
