If you are driving to MS Guesthouse from any location around Khuvsgul Lake, head towards the village of Hatgal. From the main road, look for signs directing you to Hatgal, which is approximately 25 kilometers away from the lake's main attractions. Upon entering Hatgal, follow the main road into the village. The guesthouse is located near the center, so keep an eye out for local landmarks, such as the Hatgal Market. You may need to ask locals for directions as you get closer.

To reach MS Guesthouse via public transportation, take a minibus (called a 'marshrutka') that heads to Hatgal from Murun, the nearest city. The ride takes about 2 to 3 hours, costing around 5,000 MNT. Once you arrive in Hatgal, you can either walk to the guesthouse, which is about 1 kilometer from the bus drop-off point, or hire a local taxi for approximately 1,000 MNT. If you choose to walk, simply head towards the main road through the village, and you’ll find the guesthouse easily marked.
