From Lake Khövsgöl, head southeast on the main road (M-41) towards the town of Mörön. After approximately 30 kilometers, take a left turn at the junction towards Khukh Lake. Continue on this road for about 100 kilometers. The road may be unpaved and rough, so drive carefully. Look for signs indicating Khukh Lake. Once you reach the area near Khukh Lake, follow local signs or ask locals for specific directions to the lake's entrance.

Public Transportation

To reach Khukh Lake via public transportation, start from the main bus station in Mörön, the capital of Khövsgöl Province. Take a bus heading towards the nearest town to Khukh Lake, which is usually Tsagaan Nuur. Buses may run infrequently, so check the schedule in advance. The bus ride will take approximately 2-3 hours.
