Turn left onto A-5 and follow the signs toward Arkhangai. After around 60 kilometers, you will arrive in the vicinity of Khorgo Mountain. The entrance to Khorgo National Park is well marked, and you may need to pay a small entrance fee, approximately 5,000 MNT (Mongolian Tugrik) per person. Once inside the park, follow the dirt road leading to the parking area near the base of the mountain.

    To reach Khorgo Mountain using public transportation, first take a minibus (known locally as a 'marshrutka') from Khövsgöl Nuur to the town of Tsetserleg. The journey will take about 3-4 hours and cost around 10,000 MNT. From Tsetserleg, you will need to hire a taxi or join a tour group to continue to Khorgo Mountain, which is about 40 kilometers away. Taxi fare may cost around 20,000-30,000 MNT for a one-way trip. Ensure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
