Start at the Zuunmod town center, specifically near the main square where the local market is located. From the square, head northwest on the main road (Ulaanbaatar Road) for about 1.5 kilometers. As you walk, keep an eye out for local shops and vendors. Once you reach the intersection with Hunnu Street, turn left. Continue straight for another 2 kilometers until you reach a small junction. At this junction, take a right onto the path leading toward the hills. The area is scenic with some local flora, making the walk pleasant. Continue on this path, and you will see signs directing you to the Statue of Ibex. Follow these signs for about another 1 kilometer until you arrive at the statue, which is located on a hill, providing a nice view of the surrounding landscape.

From Zuunmod town center, locate the bus stop near the market area. You can take a local bus or minibus heading towards Ulaanbaatar. Ensure to ask the driver to let you off at the stop closest to the Statue of Ibex, which is often referred to as a landmark in the area. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. After getting off, you may need to walk about 1 kilometer up a small hill to reach the statue. Follow the path up, and you will soon see the Statue of Ibex on your right.

The route is quite bike-friendly, and you’ll enjoy the scenery along the way. Finally, follow the signs to the Statue of Ibex, which is about 1 kilometer from the path entrance.
