Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Sukhbaatar Square, head east towards the State Department Store. Continue straight on Peace Avenue for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Chinggis Khaan Avenue. Turn left onto Chinggis Khaan Avenue and walk for about 500 meters. You will see the Boy with Yak Statue located in the small park area on your right. The statue is easily visible and surrounded by green space, making it a pleasant walk.

    From the central bus station, catch bus number 11 heading towards Bayanzurkh. Stay on the bus for approximately 10 minutes and get off at the stop nearest to the Chinggis Khaan Avenue intersection. From there, walk east along Chinggis Khaan Avenue for about 5 minutes. The Boy with Yak Statue will be on your right, located in a park area.

  • Public Transportation - Metro

    Take the Ulaanbaatar metro from the 'Dunjingarav' station and travel to 'Bayangol' station. From Bayangol station, exit and head towards Chinggis Khaan Avenue. Walk along Chinggis Khaan Avenue for about 15 minutes, and you'll find the Boy with Yak Statue in the park area on your left.
