Public Bus
From the central bus station in Zuunmod, take a local bus heading towards Terelj National Park. Be sure to confirm with the driver that they stop near Tumen Khaan Tourist Camp, which is roughly 5 km east of the park's entrance. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Get off at the nearest stop to Terelj National Park entrance, and from there, you can walk or hire a local guide for the final stretch.
Walking
If you prefer walking, start from the center of Zuunmod and head towards the Terelj National Park. The path will take you along the main road. It is approximately a 5 km walk to the camp, which should take about 1-1.5 hours. Along the way, you will enjoy the scenic views of the surrounding mountains and nature.
Horse Riding
For a more adventurous experience, consider renting a horse from a local stable in Zuunmod. Follow the same route towards Terelj National Park. The journey on horseback offers a unique perspective of the landscape and takes approximately 1 hour, depending on your pace.
