From the Zuunmod city center, head west towards the main road (Zuunmod Street). Continue down this street until you reach a bus stop named 'Zuunmod Bus Station'. From there, take a left onto the main avenue heading towards Ulaanbaatar. Walk straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach a junction with a traffic light. At this junction, turn right onto Khoroo Street. Continue straight for about 500 meters, and you will see the Statue for Doctor P.N.Shastin on your left, located in a small park area.
