Car
If you are traveling by car along Beartooth Highway (US-212), head towards the town of Red Lodge, Montana. Once you reach Red Lodge, continue on US-212 East toward the Beartooth Pass. After approximately 10 miles, you will find a sign for Hellroaring Plateau Trailhead on your left. Turn onto the dirt road leading to the trailhead. Note that the road may be rough, so drive carefully. There is no fee for parking at the trailhead.
