Walking
From downtown Bozeman, start at the intersection of Main St and N 7th Ave. Head south on N 7th Ave for about 0.4 miles until you reach the intersection with W Main St. Turn left onto W Main St and continue for 0.5 miles. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto US-191 N. Follow US-191 N for approximately 5 miles. You will find the Bozeman Pass Historical Marker on the right-hand side of the road, just past the entrance to the Bozeman Pass.

Start at the Bozeman Public Library located at 626 E Main St. Head east on E Main St for about 0.5 miles, then turn left onto N 7th Ave. Continue north for about 0.4 miles and take a right onto W Babcock St. Follow W Babcock St until it turns into US-191 N. Stay on US-191 N for about 5 miles, and you'll see the Bozeman Pass Historical Marker on your right.
