If you are starting from downtown Bozeman, begin at Main Street and head east towards N 7th Ave. From Main St, turn right onto N 7th Ave and walk north until you reach E Peach St. Turn left onto E Peach St and continue until you reach N 4th Ave. Turn right onto N 4th Ave, and then take a left onto E Story St. Walk straight on E Story St until you reach the entrance of the Gallagator Trail, which will be on your right.

Once you have your bike, head east on Main Street and then turn right onto N 7th Ave. Continue north until you reach E Peach St. Turn left onto E Peach St, then right onto N 4th Ave. Follow N 4th Ave until you reach E Story St. Turn left on E Story St and follow it straight to the entrance of the Gallagator Trail on your right.
