After about 70 miles, take exit 147 for MT-7 S toward Ekalaka. Continue on MT-7 S for about 55 miles until you reach Ekalaka. The park is located approximately 13 miles west of Ekalaka on MT-7. Look for the park entrance on your left. The total driving distance from Miles City to Medicine Rocks State Park is approximately 133 miles.
