If you are traveling by car within Gallatin National Forest, head towards the town of Three Forks, Montana. From the main park entrance, you can take US-191 S. After approximately 14 miles, turn right onto MT-2 W. Continue on this road for about 6 miles until you see signs for Madison Buffalo Jump State Park. The park entrance will be on your left at 6990 Buffalo Jump Rd, Three Forks, MT 59752. Please note that there may be a small parking fee at the park.
