From downtown Missoula, head to the South Transit Center located at 1200 Sherwood St. Board the Mountain Line bus route #6 (Southside) heading towards Fort Missoula. The bus will take you directly to the Fort Missoula Regional Park stop. The ride typically takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you get off the bus, you will see signs directing you to the entrance of the park.

If you prefer cycling, start at the Missoula Bike Path located near the Clark Fork River. Head west along the path until you reach the intersection with South Avenue W. This route is approximately 2.5 miles and takes about 45 minutes to an hour on foot.
