Walking
If you are starting from downtown Missoula, head east on W Broadway St towards N Higgins Ave. Continue walking straight until you reach N Higgins Ave. Turn right onto N Higgins Ave and walk north until you reach E Main St. Turn left onto E Main St and continue walking until you reach the intersection with S 1st St E. Turn right onto S 1st St E and follow it as it curves to the left into S 3rd St E. Continue straight until you reach Silver Park, which will be on your left.

Start at the Missoula Public Library, which is centrally located. Catch the 'Orange Line' bus at the library stop heading east. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes (approximately 5 stops) until you reach the 'Higgins & Broadway' stop. From there, walk east on Broadway St. until you reach the intersection with S 1st St E, then turn right. Continue straight until you reach Silver Park, which will be on your left.

If you have a bike, start from the downtown area. Head north on N Higgins Ave until you reach the 'Clark Fork River Trail' entrance. Take the trail heading east along the river. Follow the trail for about 1 mile, enjoying the river views. Continue until you reach Silver Park, which will be directly accessible from the trail.
