From Banjani, head south on the main road towards Nikšić. After approximately 10 km, you will reach a junction. Turn left onto the M-6 road towards Podgorica. Continue for about 15 km until you see the signs for Ostrog Monastery. Follow the signs and take the right turn onto the road leading to the monastery. The monastery is located about 3 km up the hill.

First, take a local bus from Banjani to Nikšić. Buses run regularly throughout the day; check the schedule for the latest times. Once you arrive in Nikšić, transfer to a bus heading towards Podgorica and inform the driver that you want to stop at Ostrog Monastery. The bus will drop you off at the base of the hill leading to the monastery. From there, it's a steep walk of about 3 km uphill to reach the monastery.
