From the center of Bar, head to the main bus station, which is located near the waterfront. Look for bus lines heading to Cetinje. The buses are regular, and the journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Cetinje, get off at the main bus stop, and from there, it's a 15-minute walk to the viewpoint. Head north on Njegoševa Street, then turn right onto Karađorđeva Street. Continue straight until you reach the viewpoint, which will be on your left.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Bar to the viewpoint in Cetinje. You can find taxis at various locations in Bar, or you can call one using a local taxi service. The trip will take around 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Just tell the driver you want to go to the viewpoint in Cetinje, and they will know the location.

The walk is approximately 10 km and will take around 2.5 to 3 hours. Follow the road towards Cetinje, and you will see signs guiding you to the viewpoint as you approach the area.
