From the center of Bar, head to the main bus station, which is located near the waterfront. Look for bus lines heading to Cetinje. The buses are regular, and the journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Cetinje, get off at the main bus stop, and from there, it's a 15-minute walk to the viewpoint. Head north on Njegoševa Street, then turn right onto Karađorđeva Street. Continue straight until you reach the viewpoint, which will be on your left.
