Getting there

Walking

From the Old Town (Stari Grad) in Budva, head east towards the waterfront. Walk along the promenade until you reach the main road, Jadranski put. Turn right and continue walking along this road. After approximately 1.5 km, you will see signs for Skaljari. Follow the signs and take a left onto the road that leads up to the fortress. The path will be a bit uphill, but it’s well-marked. Continue on this path until you reach Fortress Gorazda, which is located at the address 9QW7+8MM, Skaljari.

Public Transport

If you prefer public transport, from the main bus station in Budva, take a local bus heading towards Skaljari. The bus will drop you off near the entrance to the Skaljari area. From there, follow the signs leading to Fortress Gorazda. The walk from the bus stop to the fortress is about 15 minutes uphill.

Taxi

You can also take a taxi from anywhere in Budva to Fortress Gorazda. Simply tell the driver 'Fortress Gorazda' or give them the address 9QW7+8MM, Skaljari. The drive will take approximately 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the fortress is a short walk from the drop-off point.
