From Budva's main bus station, board a local bus heading towards Kamenovo Beach (look for signs saying 'Kamenovo'). The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the Kamenovo Beach stop, which is near the entrance to the beach. From there, you can walk down to the beach area.
