If you are in the Old Town of Budva, start at the main square, Trg Slobode. Head west towards the waterfront promenade. Once you reach the promenade, turn right and walk along the coastline. Continue walking for about 10-15 minutes, enjoying the view of the Adriatic Sea, until you reach the Budva bus station. From there, take a bus to Kotor, which will take about 30-40 minutes.

Once you arrive at the Kotor bus station, exit the station and head towards the waterfront. Turn left and walk along the waterfront towards Njegoševa street. The Sea Stars Boat Tours office will be located along this street. It's about a 10-minute walk from the bus station.

If you prefer a quicker route from Budva to the Sea Stars Boat Tours location, you can take a taxi from your accommodation directly to Njegoševa, Kotor. Just tell the driver the address, and it should take about 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
