Start at the Kotor Old Town. Head towards the Sea Gate (the main entrance to the Old Town) and exit onto the main street, Njegoševa. Walk straight, passing by the Clock Tower on your left. Continue on Njegoševa until you reach the intersection with the main road, E80. Turn left onto E80, and follow the road for about 10-15 minutes. You will start to see signs for the Ancient Roman Settlement. Continue walking until you reach CQCC+PCR, where the settlement is located.

If you are near the Maritime Museum, exit and head towards the waterfront. Walk along the promenade towards the direction of the Kotor Marina. Continue until you reach the junction with E80. From there, turn right onto E80 and walk approximately 800 meters. You will find the Ancient Roman Settlement on your left at CQCC+PCR.
