Start from the Budva Old Town, which is a popular tourist spot. From the Old Town, head southeast towards the waterfront promenade, known as the 'Mogren Beach Promenade'. Follow this promenade along the coast, enjoying the scenic views of the Adriatic Sea. Continue walking for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the end of the promenade. You will see signs for 'Rock Beach' as you approach the area.

Once you reach the end of the promenade, you will find a path leading up towards the viewpoint. Follow this path, which is marked by local signage, and is approximately a 10-minute walk uphill. The path will take you through some rocky terrain but is well-trodden. As you ascend, take your time to enjoy the panoramic views of Budva and the surrounding coastline.
