Walking
From the center of Cetinje, head southeast towards the main road (Njegoševa Street). Continue straight onto the main road until you reach the bus station. From there, you can take a local bus heading towards Kotor. The bus ride should take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Kotor, exit the bus and walk towards the waterfront area. Park Slobode will be located directly along the waterfront, with Boka Bliss Boats situated within the park.

Start at the Cetinje bus station, which is located centrally in town. Look for buses that are heading to Kotor. Purchase a ticket from the ticket counter or the bus driver. The bus will take you through scenic mountainous routes. Once you arrive in Kotor, disembark at the main bus station. From there, walk towards the waterfront and follow signs to Park Slobode. Boka Bliss Boats is located in this park.
