From the center of Cetinje, start at the main square, Trg Oslobođenja. Head towards the direction of the Cetinje Monastery, which will be on your left. Walk straight along the main road (Njegoševa Street) for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the intersection with Kotor Road (E80). At this intersection, take a left, and you will see signs directing you towards Kotor. Continue walking for approximately another 20-30 minutes. You will pass by various local shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for the bus station on your right, which indicates that you're getting closer. Once you reach the bus station, you can catch a bus to Kotor, which is a short ride away. After reaching Kotor, follow signs to Njegoševa street, and you will arrive at Sea Stars Boat Tours within a few minutes.

From Cetinje, locate the central bus station which is a short walk from the main square, Trg Oslobođenja. Once you arrive at the bus station, purchase a ticket to Kotor. Buses run frequently, so you shouldn’t have to wait long. The journey will take around 30-40 minutes. Upon arriving in Kotor, get off at the main bus station. From there, exit the bus station and head towards Njegoševa street, which is a brief 10-minute walk. Follow the signs towards the waterfront, and you will find Sea Stars Boat Tours located on Njegoševa street.
