    From the center of Cetinje, head northeast on Njegoševa Street toward the main square. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the main road (M2). Turn left onto M2 and follow it for approximately 1.5 kilometers, which will lead you directly to Podgorica. As you approach Podgorica, look for signs directing you toward the city center. The Vladimir Vysotsky Monument is located at C7V4+MR6. It will be on your right side after crossing the bridge over the Morača River.
