Walking
From the main square in Kotor, head towards the north exit of the Old Town, which is through the Sea Gate. Once outside, take a left onto the main road leading out of Kotor. Continue walking along this road for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several shops and cafes. Look for signs indicating the direction to Podgorica. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will arrive at a bus stop where you can catch a direct bus to Podgorica. The bus journey will take approximately 1 hour.

Once you reach the bus stop outside Kotor, buy a ticket to Podgorica. Buses run frequently, so you won't have to wait long. After boarding, the bus will take you through some scenic routes. Keep an eye out for the bus announcements or ask the driver to alert you when you reach Podgorica. Once you arrive in Podgorica, you can use local transportation or walk to reach Doclea Travel & Tours located at Bul. Sv. Petra Cetinjskog br. 79.
