From the center of Herceg Novi, head towards the main promenade along the waterfront. You can start at the Herceg Novi Citadel, which is a prominent landmark. Walk along the waterfront promenade, known as 'Obala', until you reach the bus station (Autobuska Stanica) near the marina. From there, look for the path that leads towards the 'Mirišta' area, which is a bit off the main road.

Follow the signs to Mirišta; this path will take you through residential areas and some beautiful greenery. The walk is about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your pace. Keep walking straight until you reach the beach area. Look for a sign pointing to Arza Beach, as it is located close to the coast.

Alternatively, from the Herceg Novi harbor, you can take a boat that goes towards Mirišta. Check the local schedules for the boat service, as they may vary throughout the day. Upon arriving at the Mirišta dock, follow the coastal path towards the beach, which should take around 10-15 minutes on foot.
