If you are in Herceg Novi, start by heading towards the waterfront promenade along the coast. You can find this promenade by making your way to the main square, Trg Nemanjića. From there, walk towards the direction of the sea, and you will see the promenade. Continue walking along the promenade, following the coastline. After approximately 30 minutes of leisurely walking, you will arrive at Petrovac beach. You will know you are close when you see clusters of beach umbrellas and people enjoying the sun. The beach is easily accessible and well-signposted.
Public Transport
To reach Petrovac beach using public transport, go to the main bus station in Herceg Novi, located near the waterfront. Look for buses heading towards Budva. Buy a ticket from the ticket counter or from the bus driver. The bus ride should take around 30 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to stop at Petrovac beach. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the beach, which is just a short walk from the bus stop.
