If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Komovi. Head southeast on the main road (E80) towards Andrijevica. Continue driving for about 30 minutes until you reach the turnoff for the road leading to the Komovi mountains. Look for signs indicating 'Kučki Kom' or 'Komovi'. Follow this road as it winds up the mountain. The road can be narrow and winding, so drive carefully. After about 15 minutes, you will arrive at a parking area near the base of Kučki Kom. From the parking area, you can start your hike to the summit.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from the main bus station in Komovi to Andrijevica. Buses run several times a day, and the fare is approximately €3. Once you arrive in Andrijevica, you will need to hire a taxi to take you to the mountain trailhead leading to Kučki Kom. Taxi fares may vary, but expect to pay around €10-€15 for the ride. From the drop-off point, begin your hike to Kučki Kom.
