Walking
Start from the Old Town of Kotor, which is the central hub for tourists. Exit the Old Town through the Sea Gate (Gradska Vrata). Once outside, turn left and head towards the main road (M-1). Walk straight along the waterfront promenade, enjoying the view of the Bay of Kotor. After about 1.5 kilometers, you'll reach a fork in the road. Keep to your left and continue on the M-1 road. After approximately 3 kilometers, look for signs pointing to 'Rijeka Crnojevića'. Turn right onto an unnamed road leading up towards the viewpoint. Follow this road for about 2 kilometers until you reach Pavlova Strana Rijeka Crnojeviča Viewpoint.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a taxi from the Old Town of Kotor. Simply find a taxi at the designated taxi stand near the Sea Gate. Provide the driver with the destination: Pavlova Strana Rijeka Crnojeviča Viewpoint, located at 9375+33V, Unnamed Road, Šinđon, Montenegro. The taxi ride will take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.

From the main bus station in Kotor, which is located near the Old Town, take a bus heading towards Rijeka Crnojevića. Buses may not run frequently, so be sure to check the schedule. Once you arrive at Rijeka Crnojevića, walk towards the viewpoint along the marked path which should take about 20-30 minutes on foot.
