Start at the main square in Kotor, known as Trg od Oružja. From the square, head towards the old town entrance, which is near the North Gate. Once you enter the old town, follow the narrow streets until you reach the waterfront promenade. Continue walking along the waterfront towards the south, passing by several cafes and shops. After about 10 minutes, you will come to a large marina area. Look for the sign for Njegoševa street, which is located near the marina. Turn left onto Njegoševa street and walk until you reach the Sea Stars Boat Tours office, which is located at the address Njegoševa, Kotor 85330, Montenegro.

If you prefer to take public transport, you can catch a local bus that operates around Kotor. Head to the main bus station located near the old town. Take a bus heading towards the direction of the waterfront or directly to the Njegoševa area. Once you get off at the nearest stop, follow the directions to walk towards the marina area and then continue onto Njegoševa street. The Sea Stars Boat Tours office will be on your left.
