Walking
Start from the Old Town of Kotor, specifically at the main square (Trg od Oružja). Head southeast towards the entrance of the Old Town, exiting through the North Gate (Vrata od Sjevera). Once outside, turn left and follow the road along the coast of Kotor Bay. Continue walking along the road for approximately 1.5 km until you reach the bus station (Autobuska stanica) at the edge of the town.

At the Kotor bus station, look for the bus to Virpazar, which is the nearest town to Skadar Lake. Buses run regularly throughout the day. Purchase your ticket from the kiosk or directly from the driver. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Virpazar, disembark at the Virpazar bus stop.

From the Virpazar bus stop, walk towards the Skadar Lake Visitor Center. You can follow the signs or ask locals for directions. It's roughly a 15-minute walk. The Visitor Center is located near the lakeshore, where you can enjoy beautiful views of Skadar Lake and the surrounding landscape.
