From Kuči, start your journey by heading northwest on the main road towards Podgorica. Continue for about 20 km until you reach the intersection for the E65 route. Take the E65 south towards Budva. After approximately 55 km, follow the signs to Budva and take the exit. Once in Budva, follow local signage to the city center. The Budva Citadel is located at the coordinates 42.2771602, 18.8380126, near the waterfront. There are public parking areas nearby, but note that parking may incur fees.
